JLL Technologies COE in Mexico seeks a Site Reliability Engineer 2 to join our team in Jalisco. You will design and maintain reliable, scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS using Terraform and IaC practices.

As a Senior SRE, you will establish SLOs/SLIs, manage incidents, drive blameless post-mortems, and collaborate with development, operations, and data teams to improve reliability and operational excellence with AI-enhanced tooling.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong Terraform and IaC experience.
• Experience with AWS services and container orchestration.

Responsabilidades

• Design infrastructure with IaC following best practices.
• Establish and monitor SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems.
• Improve reliability and efficiency with AI-powered tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet reliability needs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation via GitHub Actions.
