Responsibilities include testing performance and reliability, assisting in fault analysis, and maintaining accurate documentation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, has over 3 years of experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors, and possesses teamwork and communication skills. Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Electrical/Electronic operations.
  • Good knowledge of measurement equipment and testing methodologies.

What awaits you?
  • Execute performance, safety, and reliability tests on battery products, supporting product evaluations and requalification testing.
  • Assist in fault analysis of energy modules and collaborate with production test systems to identify root causes of failures.
  • Accurately document and report quality issues, maintain master checklists and test requirements, and ensure precise test documentation.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with test requirements while contributing to the efficient utilization of test capacity.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system encompassing occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality.
  • Be accountable for delivering all product testing and evaluation tasks with accuracy and within established timelines.
What should you bring along?
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in the automotive or other manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in Electrical/Electronic operations.
  • Good knowledge of measurement equipment and testing methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in High Voltage or calibration are a plus (but not required).
  • Able to work in functional teams. Possesses good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, while maintaining the discipline to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Business English.
