A leading technology services provider in Veracruz is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to oversee the technical architecture for large-scale payroll and HR system implementations. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, strong knowledge of payroll processes, and proven abilities in automation using Python and SQL. This role requires collaboration with diverse teams to deliver mission-critical IT services, ensuring project success through technical leadership and governance.

About this role As a Senior Solutions Architect , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical architecture for a large-scale payroll and HR system implementation.
This project will process 80,000 employees across 8 companies , involving 550 payroll concepts , making architectural integrity and automation critical to success.
You will lead the design and execution of automation strategies for data migration and validation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
This is a role where you will collaborate closely with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Architecture Oversight and Governance : Ensure consistent implementation of the pre-defined technical architecture, supervising infrastructure, data modeling, and integrations.
Automation Design and Implementation : Lead automation for data migration and validation processes, including ETL routines and scripting for large-scale data accuracy.
System Integration : Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, HR, time management) aligned with architectural standards.
Technical Leadership : Act as the primary technical expert, resolving complex issues and mentoring development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications : 8+ years in solutions or systems architecture roles, with experience in large-scale implementations.
Deep knowledge of payroll and HR business processes.
Proven experience in automation for data migration and validation using Python, SQL, and ETL tools.
Familiarity with leading payroll platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP).
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications : TOGAF or similar architecture certifications.
Experience with DevOps and CI / CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
