AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to define agentic-first development, crafting workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration. You will shape security, reliability, and production-readiness for enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes designing end-to-end agentic solutions, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes across products and operations.

Formación

• 5+ years in software product development
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React
• Proficiency in Relational Databases
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or orchestrated workflows
• Experience with multi-agent systems or RAG
• Ability to provide clear architectural direction and context
• Experience with TypeScript and Python
• Experience with RESTful APIs and AWS
• Understanding of testing, observability, security, and failure recovery

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and approvals
• Develop reusable agent orchestration patterns for tools and contexts
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, and review
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance
• Prototype agentic capabilities and productionize successful experiments
• Deliver complete products, not just demos or integrations
• Mentor engineers and shape agentic-first strategy
• Collaborate with product/engineering leaders to link capabilities to outcomes
• Design agentic apps around user needs, with intuitive experiences and robust error handling
• Move from prototype to production addressing performance, scalability, and costs
