Bluelight is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our rapidly growing team in Tijuana. You will own end-to-end development of complex financial reporting and data visualization solutions, collaborating with product managers and data engineers.

You will work with Python-based backends (Flask/FastAPI/Django) and modern frontend tools (ReactJS/TypeScript), contributing to high-quality applications in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Growth and continuous learning are valued here.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python backend experience with Flask, FastAPI or Django.
• Experience building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Strong ReactJS skills for frontend development.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
