McDonalds Digital Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer III to partner with Product Management and Architecture teams to drive the forward‑looking vision of McDonald’s digital platforms across our global restaurants.

You will contribute to all aspects of the agile development life cycle, craft features end‑to‑end, and design, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions that improve service performance, cost, and security. Mentorship is expected for junior engineers.

Formación

• 5+ years of non‑internship professional software development experience with C#.
• 2+ years of architecture and design experience (patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Strong CS fundamentals (OO design, data structures, algorithms).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; hard‑working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven leadership abilities in engineering to drive operational precision and best practices.
• English proficiency is required.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to all aspects of the agile development life cycle including design, development, documentation, testing and operations.
• Play a pivotal role in crafting the definition, vision, design, road map and development of product features from beginning to end.
• Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, adaptability, cost, and security.
• Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all teams’ work.
• Work in an agile, startup‑like development environment, focusing on meaningful priorities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
