Tebra seeks a Software Engineer III to own key subsystems throughout development and support lifecycles, acting as a SME across multiple areas. You will drive innovative solutions, lead technical discussions, and improve processes with minimal supervision.

As a senior contributor, you will guide architectural decisions, debug complex code, and mentor peers while maintaining strong communication. Join a team shaping healthcare software excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience developing scalable micro-service based web applications with Java and the Spring framework.
• Experience developing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc).
• Knowledge of computer architecture, design, data access patterns, scalability and resiliency patterns, and object-oriented software techniques.
• Technical leadership with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to apply them in day-to-day work.
• Use data to make technical recommendations and decisions.
• Key contributor to technical team discussions and engineering debates.
• Ability to accurately estimate scope on larger software projects.
• Looks beyond current execution of tasks.
• Proficient at debugging other engineers code.
• Ability and credibility from team to lead.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Domain experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.
