Bluelight, a growing software consultancy, is seeking a skilled software engineer to join our fast-paced team in Mexico. You will contribute to challenging projects, building high-quality applications and scalable services that solve real client needs.

You will own end-to-end development for robust back-end services with Python (Flask, Celery) and front-end work with React, collaborating closely with product managers and data engineers to deliver value quickly.

Formación

• 5+ years backend development with Python and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong frontend with React in SPA context.
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and data access patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-stack architecture and end-to-end delivery for financial reporting.
• Refactor codebase to improve maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with PMs and data engineering to serve analytics at scale.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, SQLAlchemy, Celery) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing React for scalable single-page application (SPA) architectures.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
