Justia is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build, improve, and scale production web applications and internal systems. You will design AI-enabled features, apply AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have strong web development experience, experience with AI tooling, and a track record of debugging distributed systems while focusing on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining production web applications.

Responsabilidades

• Build and improve production web applications and internal systems.
• Design, implement, and iterate on features that may include AI-powered components.
• Use AI-assisted development tools effectively to accelerate implementation while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues across the stack.
• Make thoughtful engineering decisions with attention to reliability, maintainability, performance, and cost.
• Contribute to engineering standards, workflows, and technical direction as AI practices evolve.
