AgileEngine in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to shape agentic workflows using Java, Spring Boot, React, and AI orchestration patterns. You will design end-to-end systems with security, reliability, and auditability for enterprise customers.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and collaborate with product leadership to translate complex problems into practical, production-ready solutions that scale.

Formación

• 5+ years in software product development or similar.
• Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React.
• Experience building AI agents or orchestrated workflows.
• Familiar with relational databases and RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to AWS and security-focused development.
• Upper-intermediate English and strong collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agentic workflows coordinating tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and context management.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing, and review.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new capabilities and turn experiments into production systems.
• Deliver complete products, not just demos or integrations.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy.
