Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in web programming languages (PHP, Python & NodeJS are a plus)
• Experience with modern web frameworks (Laravel is a plus)
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
• Experience with performance optimizations (cache, algorithm optimization, benchmarking)
• Experience developing distributed web applications on the cloud.
• Good communication skills in English.

Bonus points:

• Experience using LLMs or Al-assisted tools for coding efficiency.
• Experience integrating Al into software solutions, prompt engineering, and Al-assisted development workflows.

Additionally, candidates must have:

• Experience directly collaborating with stakeholders in planning and execution.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying root causes of problems in complex systems.
• Ability to independently learn and drive innovation.
