AgileEngine, LLC. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for distributed infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE teams across LatAm, EU, and India time zones.

You will drive ceremonies, unblock teams, and tailor Agile practices for multi‑timezone environments. Key qualifications include 5+ years as Scrum Master for technical teams, advanced Agile certifications, and experience with vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architectures.

• Advanced Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, SAFe).

Responsabilités

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies for a follow-the-sun model to maximize cross-regional alignment.
• Identify, mitigate, and escape blockers with the TPM and SDMs to prevent delays.
• Evolve Agile processes for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows.
• Maintain a collaborative, psychologically safe environment across cultures.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to facilitate Agile processes for distributed infrastructure, DevSecOps, and SRE teams across LatAm, EU, and India time zones.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for highly technical infrastructure or platform engineering teams.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles or cloud architecture.
• Advanced Agile Certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM II, SAFe).
• Proven experience adapting Agile methodologies for distributed, multi-timezone teams.

NICE TO HAVES

• Familiarity with Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and engineering metrics (DORA metrics).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Asynchronous & Synchronous Facilitation: Efficiently facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) adapting to a follow-the-sun model to minimize meeting fatigue while maximizing cross-regional alignment.
• Blocker Resolution: Actively identify, mitigate, and escape delivery blockers, working closely with the TPM and SDMs to ensure engineers are never stalled at shift boundaries.
• Process Optimization: Continuously evolve Agile processes tailored specifically for DevSecOps, SRE, and Data Science workflows, which often require different pacing than traditional software feature delivery.
• Team Health: Maintain a highly collaborative and friendly work atmosphere across diverse cultural hubs, ensuring psychological safety and continuous improvement.
