Mondelez Mexico seeks a competent information security and compliance specialist to protect SAP S/4HANA security, governance and access controls. You will design, implement, and operate SAP security architecture across multi-company, multi-region environments.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP security experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in automation and IAM integration. This role is anchored in Information Security and Technology & Digital domains.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP security, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Advanced English.
• Strong design and implementation experience for SAP roles and authorizations.
• Experience in large, global environments with multiple operating companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security activities supporting S/4HANA transformation and modernization.
• Design and implement scalable SAP security architecture for multi-company, multi-region.
• Redesign SAP roles including business roles, composite/derived roles and authorization objects.
• Translate business requirements into secure, segregated SAP access models.
• Harmonize security roles across operating companies while respecting local requirements.
• Support security activities during cutover, migration, testing, UAT and go-live of SAP.
• Design and implement SAP roles based on least privilege and risk-based access.
• Analyze, remediate, rationalize and optimize existing SAP roles.
• Establish and maintain role design standards, naming conventions and approval processes.
• Identify and remove excessive, conflicting, inactive, or unnecessary access.
• Design controls for privileged and sensitive SAP access, including emergency access (firefighter).
• Collaborate with IAM teams to integrate SAP access with IAM platforms, SSO, MFA, PAM/PIM and lifecycle processes.
