ABB is looking for an IS Application Development Manager to own software solution architecture across categories and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. You will design, build, and ensure the integrity and quality of IS solutions and services delivered to the business.

You will consult and support on implementing new IS solutions, collaborate with IS architects and delivery units, and work onsite in Tlajomulco de Zuñiga, Jalisco. English fluency and strong SAP ABAP skills are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management/Technology, or related fields (computer science; information science; software engineering, etc).
• Minimum 5 years related experience as solution architect in SAP ABAP.
• Exceptional analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in SAP ABAP development.
• Strong in usage of Microsoft Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Familiar with SAP Cloud Solutions and Architecture.
• Plus understanding of project management methodologies.
• Plus understanding of interface technologies (ALE, BizTalk, Gentran, RFC, etc).
• Plus experience in Microsoft .NET and C#.
• Sound knowledge of application development life-cycles, testing, implementation, systems administration and post implementation support.
• Self-starter/self-Learning and Strong team player and collaborator.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards.
• Design, build, integrity, and quality of an IS solution and IS services delivered to business.
• Consult, advise, and support on installation of new IS solutions/services or changes to existing IS solutions/services.
• Contribute to IS problem and incident management by identifying and eliminating recurring defects.
• Define the technical IS solution and ensure alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications.
