A global trade solutions company located in Mexico City is seeking a Financial Analyst for its Commercial Underwriting team. The successful candidate will perform financial analyses, approve credit limits, and support the Commercial Team in developing client relationships. Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field are required. Experience in the credit insurance industry is a plus, and the individual will report to the Credit Risk Manager.

Formación

• 3+ years in a financial analysis role, experience in credit insurance industry is a plus.
• Ability to gather and analyze information from various sources including financial statements.
• Methodical and orderly work approach essential.

• Perform financial analysis based on provided information and macroeconomic knowledge.
• Approve credit limits considering policies and procedures.
• Support the Commercial Team to retain business and develop client relationships.

• Realizecounterpart’sfinancialanalysisbasedoninformationprovidedbyourinfolineandonyoursectorialandmacroeconomicknowledge.
• Approvecreditlimitswithyourindividualdelegationtakingintoaccountpoliciescharacteristics.
• Informandexplaincreditdecisionstopolicyholders.
• EnsurecompliancewiththerulesandproceduresestablishedbyCofaceandexternalregulators.
• SupporttheCommercialTeamtoretainexistingbusinessanddevelopnewclientrelationship.
• Analyzeteamactivities,supportwiththetrainingoftheRUWMexicoteam,andmanagetheadministrativeactivitiesofthetrainee.

Qualifications

THECANDIDATE

Shouldhavestrongrelationshipandcommunicationskillsinadditiontoagoodteamspirit.Tobeconsideredyoumustpossessthefollowing:

• Bachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministrationoranyotherdisciplinewithfinancial,economical,insurancefocus.Four-yearCollegedegreeinFinanceandMBAispreferred.
• Minimum3yearsinafinancialanalysisrole.Workingknowledgeofcreditinsuranceindustryisaplus.
• Abilitytogatherandanalyzeinformationfromvariousexternal/internalsources:financialstatements,sectorandcountryeconomicreports,otherdepartments’data,etc.
• Wearelookingforcandidateswhoareorganized,methodical,andorderlyintheirwork,results-oriented,withaproactiveattitude.
• ThecandidatewilljointheRiskteam,reportingtotheCreditRiskManager.
