Pacvue is launching a Mexico City hub, with roles starting remotely and transitioning to a hybrid schedule. The Senior Retail Media Associate, Customer Onboarding will be the primary contact for new clients from contract to go-live, designing onboarding strategies and delivering training to enable clients to run campaigns independently.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce account management, account strategy, consulting, sales, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results for clients; demonstrated success in guiding clients to operational independence and long-term platform adoption.
• Strong, well‑rounded understanding of retail media best practices (Search, DSP, AMC), and how retail media, sales, and operations intersect.
• Strong command of digital advertising KPIs and the ability to translate data into client‑facing insights.
• Skilled at analyzing complex datasets, identifying key metrics, and providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Ability to quickly learn and master Pacvue’s products, features, and applications in client environments.
• Ability to independently resolve cross‑functional blockers and escalations for assigned clients, partnering effectively with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Strong project management skills; able to plan and execute client onboarding tasks despite some ambiguity, using established processes and precedent.
• Impeccable organizational ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliverables simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to identifying process gaps and driving improvements; track record of implementing solutions that enhance onboarding efficiency and client outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly and consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Own the client onboarding experience from contract to go-live.
• Design and execute onboarding strategies for assigned clients.
• Independently optimize client campaigns using platform best practices.
• Deliver training programs so clients can operate the Pacvue platform independently.
• Manage account relationships and drive strategic growth.
• Develop annual budget recommendations and allocate across campaigns.
• Create annual marketing calendars with key drive periods and product launches.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and analyze trends.
• Provide client-ready insights and recommendations to improve KPIs.
• Support onboarding workflows, set up accounts, and implement campaigns.
• Deliver training sessions on platform setup and optimization strategies.
• Escalate and resolve client issues with professional updates.
• Contribute to playbooks and templates to improve onboarding efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communicate progress clearly.
