Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Digital Consulting Architect specializing in ServiceNow Order Management. You will lead architecture, design, and delivery of OM solutions for enterprise clients, aligning workflows across sales, fulfillment, and operations.

You will collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and practice teams to drive value and best-practice implementations. You will guide integration strategies with CRM/ERP, oversee platform configuration, and provide hands-on leadership while ensuring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with OM focus.
• Proven ability to design and deliver OM solutions including orchestration and catalog integration.
• Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, and scripted APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow Order Management solutions.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into OM blueprints.
• Oversee configuration of OM modules including order decomposition rules and fulfillment flows.
• Define integration strategies with CRM/ERP/billing systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to development and configuration teams.
• Engage with client architects and stakeholders to present design decisions clearly.
• Identify opportunities to optimize order lifecycle processes and develop reusable assets.
