Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacy license in Mexico.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Demonstrated experience or aptitude for telehealth and remote patient management.
• Excellent understanding of pharmacotherapy, disease states, and drug interactions.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and other digital health tools.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity remotely.
• Experience with MTM programs is desirable.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medication management services remotely, including drug therapy optimization and adherence monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers via telehealth platforms to ensure safe medication use.
• Conduct medication reconciliation for transitions in care.
• Develop patient-specific pharmacotherapy plans and adjust as needed.
• Answer drug information queries from professionals and patients in a timely manner.
• Participate in virtual interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases.
• Help develop and refine remote patient care protocols and workflows.
• Stay updated on guidelines, therapies, and regulatory changes affecting pharmacy practice.
• Utilize EHR and telehealth systems effectively.
• Mentor junior remote pharmacy staff as needed.
