In this role, you’ll pay close attention to our processes to help maintain our high standards, and you’ll put in place upgrades to take that standard even higher.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience with automated conveyors systems and controls, electrical and electronic principles, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.
• Experience with CMMS to plan proactive maintenance and record tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate best practice on using equipment safely and monitor teams to ensure correct processes.
• Track equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks; schedule servicing.
• Supervise technicians on shift and serve as first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers
• Resolve equipment issues to reduce downtime and keep operations moving.
• Support in finding ways to improve systems and standardize processes across the Brazil network.
