Job summary

E-Solutions in Mexico is seeking a senior React Native engineer to shape architecture, establish engineering best practices, optimize app performance, and manage CI/CD pipelines while mentoring distributed teams.

You will lead development of scalable React Native apps, set standards, and collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering throughout the SDLC. Strong communication and MT time-zone alignment are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing production React Native apps.
• 4+ years of native mobile development experience with iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, Zustand, or equivalent state management frameworks.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of the mobile application lifecycle and release management.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting distributed engineering teams.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work during US Mountain Time business hours.
• Willingness to complete a technical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable React Native applications.
• Establish mobile engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams across the SDLC.
• Mentor engineers across multiple locations and time zones.
• Drive technical decision-making, architectural reviews, and code reviews.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery.
• Manage release processes, deployment automation, and environments.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate native functionality with Swift or Kotlin when needed.
• Promote code quality and continuous improvement.
