MedTrainer is seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer to design, validate, and maintain high-quality frontend software using React and TypeScript. You will collaborate with Product and Design to build a scalable component ecosystem and design system guidelines across a global, remote-enabled team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in frontend React development, and experience in Agile environments.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, an equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 3+ years dedicated to frontend development using React.
• Structured Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Advanced English skills are considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive frontend architecture decisions for major React initiatives, implementing robust design patterns that ensure scalability and long-term platform health.
• Deconstruct large-scale product requirements into clear technical tasks and specs that define the roadmap.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality, compliant code across the team.
• Research and advocate for technical upgrades and refactoring when it maximizes business impact.
• Own complex bug investigations from root-cause to production deployment and implement systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into a reusable component ecosystem and design system guidelines.
