IAC Group seeks a Senior Quality Systems and Metrology Engineer to lead the Quality Management System and the Metrology Laboratory. You will ensure calibration traceability, adherence to IATF 16949, and compliance with CSRs while guiding measurement-related improvements across engineering, production, and quality teams.

You will coordinate audits, oversee MSA studies, participate in APQP/PPAP activities, and drive technical support on dimensional topics.

Formación

• Bachelor-level engineering degree in a related field and five+ years in automotive Quality Management Systems.
• Experience leading metrology labs and audits (IATF 16949, internal/certification).
• Strong knowledge of core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, AIAG) and measurement system analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System per IATF 16949 and CSRs.
• Coordinate internal, certification, and customer audits.
• Lead corrective/preventive actions and performance improvements.
• Manage document control and quality records.
• Oversee Metrology Laboratory operations, calibration traceability, and equipment validation.
