Dana Incorporated is a global leader in engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeking a Senior Quality Engineer in Mexico to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems. You will ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, mentor junior engineers, and support cross-functional teams to drive product quality and process excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience in quality or engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in quality engineering and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee quality systems and documentation aligned with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer requirements.
• Ensure robust quality planning during product launches and engineering changes.
• Lead complex investigations into non-conformances using 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
• Ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate APQP deliverables including FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product/process readiness.
• Monitor KPIs like scrap rates, customer complaints, and audit findings.
• Use statistical analysis to identify trends and drive CI projects.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to Quality Engineers and Technicians.
• Support training and promote a culture of quality.
