Formación

Responsibilities

• Represent the quality function of technical support and liaison between Jabil Circuit, suppliers, and customers on global quality issues.
• Develop and maintain QA plans and timeliness for new product introductions using Advanced Product Quality Planning and Process Optimization specific to the customer.
• Provide support for quoting activities by participating in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and provide input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
• Support global training programs specific to the customer by developing and implementing specialized training sessions for all applicable functions.
• Develop appropriate systems for document storage, access, and review for global customer accounts.
• Review supplies, internal, and customer discrepancies, coordinate, and track corrective/preventative action effectiveness.
• Conduct periodic review and maintenance of documentation files and develop systems for document storage and access.
• Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable and drive proactive participation with suppliers to aid in their process improvement efforts.
• Interface with all departments as applied to policies and procedures and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and follow all company security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer Service experience.
• Experience assisting with quality audits and supporting SMT lines and Back‑End operations.
• Knowledge of AQP & PPAP, PFMEA, and CP.
• Proficiency in English (advanced).
