Job summary

The candidate should have 3–5 years of Quality Systems experience, deep knowledge of ISO 9000/TL9000, and solid 8D/problem-solving skills, with leadership and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, TL9000 standards and regulatory audits in electronics/telecommunications.
• Proficiency in 8D methodology, risk analysis and FMEA.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation, administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Manage the processes of Control of Documents and Records.
• Manage the Corrective and Preventive Actions system.
• Provide technical support for the 8D methodology.
• Prepare and lead the process of Internal Audits to the Quality Management System.
• Lead external audits by regulatory agencies, clients and certification bodies.
• Coordinate and verify the correct implementation of Corporate and Regional policies and procedures.
