Bluelight is seeking a skilled software professional to join their rapidly growing team in Monterrey. You will architect, implement, and ship end-to-end full-stack solutions, leveraging Python-based backends and ReactJS frontends to meet complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with product managers and data engineers, agile processes, and a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within a consultancy-driven environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of backend development with Python frameworks (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
• Experience building frontend with ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Strong data modeling and SQL expertise with PostgreSQL.

Responsabilidades

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions for financial reporting and data visualization.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software using Agile methodologies to improve maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve analytics.
