Bluelight, a fast-growing software consultancy, is seeking a skilled full-stack engineer to join our expanding team in Hermosillo. You will own architecture, build scalable backend services with Python, and deliver modern web frontends using ReactJS for data-driven applications.

This role offers exposure to challenging projects for diverse clients, collaborative culture, and opportunities to grow technically and professionally in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 5+ years backend Python experience (Flask/FastAPI/Django).
• 3+ years frontend with ReactJS.
• Strong SQL/PostgreSQL data modeling.

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end full-stack solutions for complex data needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and data teams in Agile.
• Refactor and optimize with a focus on maintainability and performance.
