Senior Software Engineer (Platform)

* Advanced English language proficiency is required for the role.

Technical Skills (Must-haves):

• 5+ years of experience ¡

• Python ¡for designing and developing complex software solutions

• Familiarity with AWS serverless service (Cognito, ECS, Step functions, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.) for cloud infrastructure and services

• Terraform(Infrastructure as Code) for provisioning and managing cloud environments

• Jenkins / CI/CDpipelines to automate testing, integration, and deployment

• Dockerfor containerization and seamless deployment

• SQL (Postgres)for data modeling and queries

• Microservices / distributed systemsexperience

• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflow

• Agile methodologyexposure

Soft Skills:

• Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional, Agile teams

• Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ownership mindset with a passion for driving features end-to-end

• Curiosity and adaptability in learning and adopting new technologies

• Accountability, reliability, and dedication to team success

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute as a hands-on developer and code reviewer, delivering solutions in an Agile environment

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data workflows and solutions

• Facilitate architectural discussions and decisions across teams

• Drive infrastructure improvements and CI/CD practices for faster, more reliable delivery

• Establish best practices and standards around software development, security, and performance

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver new features and capabilities
