Bluelight, a leading software consultancy in León, Mexico, seeks a skilled software engineer to join our growing team. You will own full-stack development across complex financial reporting and data visualization projects, using Python back-end, React front-end, and PostgreSQL data access.

Collaborate with product managers and data engineers, apply Agile practices, and refactor for performance and maintainability while delivering high-quality applications for clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python backend development with Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
• Strong experience building frontends with ReactJS.
• Extensive knowledge of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

Technical Qualifications

• Backend: 5+ years of experience with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and building complex, service-oriented server logic.
• Frontend: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript development utilizing ReactJS for scalable interactive web applications.
• Data Access: Heavy experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), data storage systems, and advanced data-access models.

• Full-Stack Ownership: Architect, test, and ship end-to-end full-stack software solutions to fulfill complex financial reporting and data visualization needs.
• Optimization: Refactor existing software continuously using Agile methodologies to improve overall maintainability and speed.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data engineering teams to safely extract, parse, and serve multi-billion-dollar private asset analytics.
