Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior Planner to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for Power Services upgrades across the full lifecycle from inquiry to remittance. You will work with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and field services, managing schedule risks, and supporting tender schedules with validated inputs.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project schedules for assigned Power Services complex upgrade projects during ITO and OTR.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting scope, execution strategy, work packages, milestones, constraints, and interfaces.
• Monitor progress with accurate updates, forecasts, and projections.
• Partner with Project Managers, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, field services, and other functions to align plans and assumptions.
• Facilitate cross‑functional agreement on the execution plan and establish baseline schedules for awarded projects.
• Ensure customer milestones, external interfaces, and key dependencies are captured in the schedule.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify risks/opportunities and support mitigation planning.
• Monitor critical, near‑critical paths and total float to support decision-making.
• Provide timely schedule reporting for internal stakeholders and for customer-facing reporting via the Project Manager.
• Support Commercial teams in tender schedule preparation by validating scope, lead times, and inputs for bids.
• Drive scheduling best practices and support continuous improvement across planning and scheduling.
