Skyworks is seeking a Project Manager 2, Engineering in Mexicali, Mexico to lead complex cross‑functional programs across engineering, supply chain and manufacturing. The role emphasizes integrated scheduling, material readiness and risk mitigation in a fast‑paced high‑tech environment.

Candidate should have 5–8 years in program management within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing, with strong communication and strategic planning skills. Collaboration with global teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8 years of relevant program management or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in high-tech manufacturing or semiconductor environments.
• Proven track record in NPI/NTI programs, product ramps, and risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain.
• Ensure alignment between engineering schedules and material procurement plans.
• Coordinate build readiness reviews and material allocation decisions for development programs.
• Own material readiness strategy from concept through production ramp.
• Plan and coordinate procurement of materials for prototypes, evaluation lots and qualification builds.
• Monitor material availability and mitigate shortages; manage long-lead components and tooling.
• Maintain visibility to material commitments, delivery schedules and supply risks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans; lead executive escalations with corrective actions.
