Job summary

Hitachi Energy Mexico is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives in the Network Control business across the Americas. This role manages complex programs, builds strong customer relationships, and ensures value-driven outcomes in a dynamic environment.

The candidate will oversee timelines, budgets, and risk management, enabling delivery of mission-critical grid solutions while coordinating cross-geo teams and contractors. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of project management experience, including large-scale commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across geographies and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of power systems and market management systems.
• Project Management Certification (PMI or equivalent) required.
• 10% travel.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; experience with mission‑critical software solutions is a plus.
