Carrier seeks a Senior Supervisor, Project Management to drive strategic cost optimization across Commercial Refrigeration. Lead cross-functional teams, manage a portfolio of 20-30 projects, and identify opportunities to reduce costs while improving efficiency and business performance.

You will partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Quality to prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and deliver measurable results with senior leadership visibility.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, NPI, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience developing and managing CAPEX and/or OPEX projects.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate business cases and project benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cost reduction and productivity projects across manufacturing operations and supply chain.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 20-30 projects simultaneously across facilities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize product cost, operational expenses, and value streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, milestones, and measurable results.
• Develop business cases and support investment decisions involving CAPEX and OPEX initiatives.
• Monitor project performance, financial impact, risks, and implementation timelines.
• Drive collaboration among Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Quality.
• Present project progress, savings results, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and productivity.
• Influence stakeholders across all levels to drive sustainable results.
