Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) required.
• 6–9 years of experience in engineering or capital projects preferred.
• Fluent in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams including internal partners, suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure designs and execution comply with safety, sanitation and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, review specs, and support vendor evaluations.
• Mentor and develop other engineers through mentoring and best practices.
