ALTEN MÉXICO seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic industrial expansion projects across manufacturing sites. You will drive Greenfield and Brownfield initiatives, manage scope, budgets, schedules, and resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams from Operations to Quality.

Responsibilities include delivering on milestones, overseeing capital investments over $100M, and guiding vendors and contractors to successful project delivery, with a strong focus on readiness and handover.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience leading Greenfield and Brownfield projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Experience managing capital projects exceeding $100M.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational readiness.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing expansion projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and execution plans.
• Drive facility expansion, capacity growth, and infrastructure development initiatives.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and operational objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Oversee capital investment projects, manufacturing equipment installation, and production line implementation.
• Manage project risks, commissioning activities, startup, and operational handover.
• Lead contractors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
