A global development organization seeks a full-time Senior Program Coordinator in Mexico to assist in program execution, requiring strong organizational skills and fluency in English and Spanish. This role involves providing programmatic, financial, and administrative support, drafting documents, and organizing events, all while working closely with the Program Manager. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience. This position does not offer Immigration Sponsorship.
This position is contingent upon the availability of donor funding. Employment is subject to the final approval and receipt of funding. If funding is not secured, any offer of employment may be rescinded prior to the start date, and the organization will not be liable for any costs incurred by the candidate in anticipation of employment.

IREX seeks a full-time Senior Program Coordinator for the Communities and Governance Practice to support our programming in Mexico.
This full-time position will play a crucial role in assisting the IREX Mexico based Program Manager in the successful execution of program activities. This role involves providing comprehensive support across programmatic, financial, administrative, and logistical aspects to ensure seamless implementation.
Key responsibilities include facilitating effective collaboration among program components, organizing events, communicating with stakeholders and vendors, drafting program-related documents, supporting monitoring and evaluation activities, and assisting with translation tasks. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for communicating with local partners, contributing to Spanish-language communications products, preparing reports, and facilitating communications with stakeholders.
The Coordinator will be responsible for the development of program work products related to the legal support network and communications, including ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. Flexibility to perform general management tasks is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
