A leading manufacturing company in Mexico, Jalisco, Región Centro is seeking an experienced professional responsible for reviewing and fulfilling the production plan, identifying risks, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of MRP systems, Oracle, and proficiency in Excel is required. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Formación

• 5 years experience in similar positions
• Strong knowledge of MRP and ORACLE systems
• Experience in conducting cycle counts

Responsabilidades

• Review, monitor, and fulfill the production plan generated by MPS weekly.
• Work with the Program Manager on production priorities.
• Identify production risks through cost report revisions.
• Implement and monitor various metrics within the Production Control Department.
• Drive improvements (Kaizen) for better execution.
• Manage work orders from opening to closure.
• Analyze cycle count results and communicate discrepancies.
• Validate consumption in each WO and review financial variations.
