  • Project Management: The core of delivery and execution is managing the project itself, ensuring tasks are completed, deadlines are met, and the team is on track to deliver the product.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: The role explicitly mentions working with geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders, which is a key part of day-to-day execution.
  • Working with Technical Team Members: This is a primary responsibility of a Product Owner, as they must work directly with engineers to ensure user stories are understood and built correctly.

  • Working with Technical Team Members: The Product Owner must effectively communicate research findings and user feedback to the development team to ensure they understand the \"why\" behind what they're building.
  • Working with Stakeholders: A significant part of the Product Owner's job is to communicate findings from user interviews and data analysis back to internal stakeholders like marketing, legal, and risk management.
