BD, a global medical technology leader, seeks a Senior Procurement Specialist for its Pharmacy Automation unit. You will support strategic sourcing and supplier management across mechanical and electro-mechanical categories to drive cost optimization and supply continuity.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Pharmacy Automation, you will engage with cross-functional stakeholders, coordinate supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance improvements, and help deliver procurement projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2+ years in procurement, sourcing or supplier management.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Support strategic sourcing and supplier management projects across categories.
Coordinate supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance improvements.
Assist in supplier negotiations, RFQs, cost analysis, and contract administration.
Prepare procurement reports and performance metrics.
Track milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
