A leading telecommunications company in Mexico is seeking a dynamic Principal Senior Engineer to lead various technology projects, including a contact center transformation. Candidates should have extensive experience in software development, proficiency in Python and backend technologies, and strong leadership skills. This full-time role offers a monthly salary range of $130,000 – $195,000 MXN along with excellent benefits.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven ability to deliver complex software solutions.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment of software applications.
- Promote DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Mentor engineers to grow their skills within a collaborative environment.
