LAB49 is a NYC-based global technology consulting firm that designs and builds digital products for the world’s leading investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and fintech startups.

We’re hiring a Senior Pre‑Sales Support Specialist to be based in Mexico City and lead our global pre‑sales operations and enable our Sales and Account Management teams to win new business. This role is about orchestration: ensuring the right tools, data, and materials are in place; managing the global pre‑sales backlog; and partnering with leadership to move strategic opportunities from intent to signature: efficiently and with discipline. The position aligns to Eastern Standard Time (EST, US East Coast).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the central coordinator for pre‑sales: proposal creation, contract development, deal modelling/pricing, and data management.
  • Support Sales and Account Managers in building account plans, sales strategies, and outreach campaigns.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to drive timely document reviews and ensure proper revenue recognition.
  • Lead large, complex opportunities and RFPs, aligning internal/external teams, safeguarding commercial terms, and advancing deal progression.
  • Own and improve sales collateral (reusable templates, case studies) to accelerate proposal turnaround.
  • Collaborate with Resource Management and Talent Acquisition to validate ramp‑up plans.
  • Enhance and optimize pre‑sales tools and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Office presence in central CDMX 1+ day per week
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years in a consultative sales or pre‑sales role is a must; experience with contract preparation and deal modelling/pricing preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; flexible to work across locations and engage senior leadership.
  • MinimumEnglish proficiency level for this role is C1 (Advanced).
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, effective working both independently and collaboratively.
  • High level of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - mandatory; Figma experience is preferred.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Experience in sales of software development services is amust.
  • Experience in sales of financial services is preferred.
  • Experience working at a consultancy is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforceis preferred.
