We are seeking a Senior Pre‑Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between complex technical architectures and strategic business outcomes for enterprise merchants. This role sits at the heart of our go‑to‑market motion, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Solutions to demonstrate how agentic intelligence and advanced data orchestration unlock growth, reduce operational friction, and optimize cost structures.
You will lead the technical side of the sales process—translating fragmented data, payment complexity, and operational pain points into clear, value THROUGH solutions for C‑level, finance, and e‑commerce leaders. This role is designed for a high‑impact individual with the potential to grow into future leadership within Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
