A major e-commerce corporation in Mexico is seeking a talented Sr. Product Manager to support product launches in External Fulfillment. The role involves leading product initiatives, coordinating across diverse teams, and enhancing customer experiences. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, strong product management experience, and be fluent in Spanish and English. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1+).

Responsabilidades

• Identify gaps, pain points and opportunities in existing products.
• Dive Deep on issues to differentiate isolated issues from structural ones.
• Being creative to create solutions to improve Customer / Seller Experience.
• Balance competing priorities, making the best use of our resources.
• Calculate impact of ideas and pain points.
• Influence and support Product team on Roadmap prioritization.
• Suggest programmatic solutions and initiatives.
• Lead product launches, coordinating across stakeholders.
• Create goals and metrics, track progress.
• Incorporate benchmarking information from competitors.
