A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager for the Americas. In this role, you will drive strategic development and execution of payment partnerships across North America and Latin America. Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in partnerships, a deep understanding of the payments landscape, and fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Role and Responsibilities

As the Senior Partnerships Manager for Americas, you will lead the strategic development and execution of payment partnership initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and value for Sabre Payments across North America and Latin America. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and nurturing high‑impact relationships with key payment partners, while also managing a seamless execution and long‑term success. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in business development, deep knowledge of the payments and travel industries, and a proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Americas partnership strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on scalable, high‑value collaborations in the payments ecosystem.
  • Oversee market analysis to identify new opportunities and drive expansion into key regions in North America and Latin America.
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships with leading payment providers.
  • Build compelling business cases and lead high‑level negotiations.
  • Act as the senior liaison between partners and internal leadership, ensuring alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure successful partner onboarding, integration, and performance.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly review partnership performance, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and maximize value.
  • Cultivate long‑term, trust‑based relationships with partners, ensuring mutual success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Prior experience in payments, banks, fintech or similar.
  • Deep understanding of the payments landscape.
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances or commercial roles.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Negotiation & Influence: Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decision‑making.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
  • Project Oversight: Experience managing multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft tools; familiarity with digital payment technologies is a plus.
