Nielsen Holdings plc is seeking a Senior Identity Architect to own Privileged Access Management (PAM) and CyberArk strategy within a global security program. You will shape IAM/PAM architecture, integrate CyberArk with enterprise platforms, and drive secure design across teams with a strong ownership mindset.

The role emphasizes architecture, strategy, and collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, balancing risk and operational excellence in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• CyberArk mastery with enterprise deployments; design and governance responsibilities.
• Strong IAM architecture background and security best practices across platforms.
• Proficiency in automation: PowerShell and Python for maintenance and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication; translate complex security concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ownership of platforms, workflows, and integrations; architect/owner role, not developer.

Responsabilidades

• PAM Ownership: act as SME for CyberArk and drive design, health, and ongoing enhancement of PAM infrastructure.
• System Integration: lead integrations between CyberArk, enterprise platforms, and third‑party tools to secure privileged accounts.
• Architecture & Enhancement: identify system errors, mitigate risks, and design robust IAM/PAM architectures.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: collaborate with non‑technical stakeholders and engineering teams to convey technical concepts clearly.
• Project Delivery: oversee technical projects with moderate complexity, ensuring timely execution and alignment with goals.
