Most paid ads roles treat you like a campaign assembly line. This one doesn't. We're hiring a Senior Paid Ads Strategist who wants to think, lead, and solve real problems—not just launch campaigns and move on.
Here’s what makes this different: You'll work with clients who have actual complexity. Multi-step funnels. Offline conversions. Long sales cycles. CRM integrations that don’t always play nice with Meta. Your job is to make sense of that chaos and turn it into paid social strategies that drive revenue. You’ll dig into how their business actually works, where the data lives, and how it all connects. Then you’ll build campaigns that reflect reality—not some cookie‑cutter template.
You’ll need to understand how the machine works. You don’t have to be a developer, but you do need to know how tracking works and why signals matter. Attribution gaps? Event mismatches? Offline conversion issues? You’ll catch them early and work with client teams to fix them so the platforms can optimize properly.
You’ll lead client relationships. That means running calls with confidence, explaining complex performance in plain language, and guiding decisions with clarity. You’re not just reporting numbers—you’re helping clients understand what they mean and what to do next.
You’ll collaborate across teams. Work with creatives, analysts, and tracking partners to pull together the full picture: platform data, offline activity, CRM outputs. You’ll also help refine how we do things internally—better playbooks, shared learnings, leveling up the team.
