NIR-YU is seeking a highly experienced Sr. OT Network Engineer to join our System Solution team.

The role centers on hands-on OT and enterprise networking in manufacturing settings, acting as the IT-plant liaison to deliver secure, reliable network solutions with zero unplanned downtime. Ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in OT/network engineering, strong collaboration across IT and plant teams, and proven ability to design secure networks for industrial environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience.
• 10+ years of progressive network engineering experience.
• Experience supporting OT/industrial/manufacturing networks.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and secure design.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and plant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as onsite OT network engineer for initiatives.
• Lead deployment of OT network infrastructure.
• Design and implement secure, resilient industrial network architectures.
• Incorporate OT cybersecurity requirements (segmentation, IDMZ, access control).
• Provide escalation support for network incidents and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with network standards, implementation practices, and documentation for OT environments.
• Mentor and train local IT support and operations staff on OT networking.
• Participate in project planning, cutovers, and maintenance for operational readiness.
• Translate business and production requirements into network solutions.
