Hitachi Energy in Reynosa, Mexico, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing operations in a transformer production facility. You will drive safety, quality, and cost-effective delivery while applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS to build capable teams, develop talent, and foster accountability and growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations aligned with the ITM Management System
• Deliver production targets across safety, quality, and delivery commitments
• Optimize use of labor, materials, equipment, and manufacturing resources
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture using HOP principles
• Lead risk assessments, safety audits, and preventive action initiatives
• Drive quality excellence and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards
• Champion continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and A3
• Develop and coach teams to build capability and support long-term growth
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
