Qualifications

• Advanced professional English proficiency (B2–C1).
• 8+ years of IT infrastructure and platform architecture experience.
• Experience designing and operating OpenShift or enterprise Kubernetes platforms.

Responsibilities

• OpenShift Architecture: design, install, and govern Red Hat OpenShift clusters in hybrid environments, including persistent storage and OpenShift Virtualization.
• Design and Sizing: calculate CPU cores, RAM, storage, and IOPS based on application performance metrics.
• Systems and Middleware: lead Windows Server upgrade roadmap (2022–2026) and maintain IBM WAS and IBM IHS.
• Networking and Security: design VLANs/DMZs, implement firewalls and WAFs, and configure F5 load balancing (LTM/GTM).
• Business Continuity and DRP: design high-availability topologies and disaster recovery plans for infrastructure and databases.
