NVIDIA Networking division is seeking an excellent NPI Engineer to join our Guadalajara, Mexico team. You will provide on-site engineering support for assembly and process issues at the FXN factory, escort DOEs, and drive manufacturing process improvements to meet project requirements.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• B.Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant NPI/engineering experience.
• Experience with PCBA manufacturing, SMT and testing processes.
• Experience leading multiple CM/vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site engineering support for assembly and process issues.
• Base at the factory in FXN Guadalajara, Mexico.
• Escort and DOEs (design of experiments) activities.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Drive CMs to excellence in manufacturing process and quality.
